This standard is suitable for the production of antimony concentrates from beneficiation for the production of antimony.
First, technical requirements
(1) Grade: According to the type of ore and chemical composition, the antimony concentrate is divided into three major categories: sulfide ore, mixed ore and oxidized ore. The first two categories are divided into two types: fine concentrate and block concentrate. In terms of dry ore grade, the strontium sulfide concentrate (the ratio of the strontium content in strontium sulfide to the total strontium content in the concentrate is greater than 85%) shall comply with the requirements of Table 1; mixed strontium concentrate (the strontium contained in strontium sulfide) The ratio of the amount to the total strontium content in the concentrate is in the range of 15%-85%), which should meet the requirements of Table 2; the ratio of the cerium oxide concentrate (the strontium content in strontium sulfide to the total strontium content in the concentrate) Less than 15%) should comply with the requirements of Table 3.

(2) The water concentrate of the concentrate in the concentrate shall not exceed 10%, and the moisture of the block concentrate shall not exceed 0.5%;
(3) The flotation powder concentrate shall have a particle size of less than 0.074 mm of not less than 60%. The particle size of the hand-selected block concentrate is controlled in the range of +25 to -150 mm. The concentrate fineness provided by other beneficiation methods that meets the above-mentioned grade requirements shall not be specified for the time being; (4) Foreign inclusions shall not be mixed into the concentrate.
Second, packaging: three to six block concentrate transport in bulk; powder concentrate and first or second block concentrate in bulk or bagged transport, negotiated by both parties. The packaging material can be selected from sacks or plastic bags.
