1. Type and structure requirements of the mine car

All kinds of insurance chains and connecting rings, chains and bolts of mine cars must be sampled and broken when they are produced in batches. They should not be used if they do not meet the requirements. Before the first use and every 2 years after use, the test must be carried out one by one with a pull force twice the maximum static load. If the crack or permanent elongation exceeds 0.2%, it should not be used.

2. Safe operation requirements for mine car lifting

(1) Each yard of the inclined well lane mine car must be equipped with a signal diversion room and a dodge compartment. Each lane of the diversion well must have a signal and a waiting room. Waiting room must have enough space.

(2) When using the mine car to lift in the inclined shaft, it must comply with the provisions of Article 370 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations:

1 Install a sports car guard that can stop the running rope and the unhooked vehicle in the inclined shaft.

2 Install a car stop that can prevent the roped vehicle from entering the non-operating yard or section at each yard.

3 Install a car stop at the entrance of the upper flat yard to control the vehicle to enter the picking point.

4 At the upper level of the parking lot, close to the slope point, install a car stop that can prevent the unconnected vehicle from sliding into the inclined lane.

5 At a position slightly larger than the length of a train below the slope point, a parking barrier that prevents unconnected vehicles from continuing down the sports car is set.

6 Signaling devices that can issue a siren when driving in each yard.

The above-mentioned vehicle blocking device must be closed frequently, and it must be opened when the vehicle is released, and double as the inclined shaft of the driving vehicle. When lifting personnel, the vehicle blocking device and the sports car protection device in the inclined shaft must be normally open and reliably locked.

(3) When the inclined shaft is lifted, the vehicle is prone to sudden accidents during operation, resulting in broken ropes, derailed roads and rollovers, etc., which are easy to squeeze, bump and contusion, and the hooks and hooks and the pedestrians in the roadway. Therefore, when lifting the inclined shaft, it is strictly forbidden to hook or walk.

(4) The person who transports the personnel in the inclined shaft lane must have a follower, and the follower must sit at the position with the manual fall arrester handle or the brake handle. Before each class of transport personnel, the connecting device, fuse chain and fall arrester must be inspected, and an empty car must be placed first.

(5) The tilting vehicle must be equipped with means to enable the follower to send an emergency stop signal to the driver at any point during the operation.

(6) The person in the inclined shaft and lane transportation personnel must have a top cover, and the vehicle must be equipped with a reliable fall arrester.

When the rope is broken, the fall arrester can automatically act and can be manually operated.
