Recently, Daqing Petrochemical Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. successfully replaced the carbon oil component of the quench tower oil as an optimized cooling pump seal flushing oil. Since then, the device cooling system will reduce the consumption of carbon dioxide products by about 2 tons per hour, reduce consumption of carbon 9 by 16,400 tons per year, and increase efficiency by more than 20 million yuan.
Earlier this year, the plant carried out technical research on high-value quench system flush oil accompanied by tar production problems. In combination with the actual situation of improved quality of CNPC after the viscosity reduction system of the ethylene plant was upgraded, the company decided to replace the original high-value carbon 9 product with cold oil as a quench. The system sealed flush oil solution was officially implemented on June 1. Through the recent one-month adjustment and optimization, the current system is running smoothly.
