It is reported that the CYQD80D-E3 diesel engine is a new QD series III product developed specifically for meeting the requirements of the State III emission regulations and specially developed according to the needs of automobile manufacturers.
CYQD80D-E3 Engine Prepared for Experiment at Technical Center Test Center
The CYQD80D-E3 diesel engine adopts the DEEP VE pump + EGR + DOC technology program of Japan, so that the vehicle emission meets the national III limit. The CYQD80D-E3 project was started in June 2009. Through the trial production of prototype parts and prototypes, the DEE company's VE pump, electronic control system, EGR system, post-processor (DOC) system and supercharger were optimized and matched. . In late October of 2009, the Zhengzhou Nissan P27 pickup truck of the CYQD80D-E3 type diesel engine passed the vehicle emission test and cold start test at the Tianjin Testing Center, and the emission met the national III limit.
At present, the technology center is preparing for pre-production of the CYQD80D-E3 diesel engine. It is expected that it will supply Zhengzhou Nissan pickup trucks in small quantities in January 2010.
The successful development of the CYQD80D-E3 engine will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of Chaochai's products and will play an important role in the prosperity of Chaochai.
