(2) The vibration parameters mainly include displacement x, velocity ν and acceleration a, as well as statistics composed of these three parameters such as peak-to-peak (xp-p), RMS (vrms, xrms), etc. (x, v, a). The selection of the parameters is mainly related to the frequency band of the measurement signal. The selection of practical parameters is based on the frequency range: low frequency range (10-100 Hz) displacement parameters (xp-p, etc.), intermediate frequency range (10-1000 Hz), velocity and vibration intensity (vrms); high frequency range (>1000Hz), acceleration parameters (arms, ap-p, a).
For the electromechanical equipment vibration test of coal mines, when the simple diagnosis is made, the root mean square value vrms of the vibration speed is selected, that is, the vibration intensity is the highest. For precision diagnosis, vibration acceleration sensors are generally used to pick up signals, and subsequent devices are charge amplifiers, which can selectively achieve displacement, velocity, and acceleration outputs. Reasonably arranged measuring points should be arranged on the non-rotating parts of the machine. This is directly related to the accuracy of equipment monitoring and diagnosis. Attention should be paid to the following matters when arranging measuring points:
(1) The measuring points to be arranged shall be fixed and marked with particularly marked symbols.
(2) The measuring points shall be arranged at the locations that reflect the most sensitive vibration characteristics of the equipment, and the measuring points shall be arranged at the same time in the vertical, horizontal and axial directions for comparison.
(3) The measuring point should be chosen in a place where the rigidity of the bearing housing is relatively high or on the housing, and the mounting surface should be smooth.
(4) The selection of measuring points should minimize the intermediate interface.
(5) Try to keep the working conditions, measurement parameters, measuring instruments and measurement methods of the running equipment at each measurement.
Choosing the right analytical method The statistical analysis method is generally used for simple diagnosis, and the trend of vibration displacement or vibration intensity is drawn. Frequently, amplitude spectrum or power spectrum analysis is used for precise diagnosis, and it is concluded through spectrum analysis that in order to improve the resolution of spectrum analysis, refinement analysis is usually used. Mine Hoist Monitoring and Diagnosis Example Analysis Mine hoist is an important large-scale equipment for coal mines. It is a key equipment for coal mining, transportation of materials, and up-and-down personnel. It plays a decisive role in ensuring the normal production of coal mines. Coal mines often fail due to elevator failures. The phenomenon of "cock-neck" appears, therefore, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the hoist are particularly important. Using the technology of Henan Polytechnic University to complete the monitoring and diagnosis of the elevators in the No. 1 Mine of the No. 1 Mine of Pingmei Coal Group, the monitoring and diagnosis analysis was carried out as an example.
