Yu Hua-Hao Aviation Polyvinyl Chloride Resin Polymerization New Process Approved by Local Results

The new technology developed by Haohua Aerospace Co., Ltd., located in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, has shortened the polymerization time of SG3 type PVC resin and has recently passed the results appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province.

The production of SG3 type PVC resin has the problem of low polymerization temperature and long cycle time. Compared with Type 5 PVC resin, the production time per pot increased by 60 minutes. Yuhuan Aerospace technical personnel carried out technical research on shortening the polymerization reaction time of SG3 type PVC resin, and carried out mass production in September last year. All the quality indicators were all qualified, and the reaction time per pot could be shortened by 40 minutes.
