On November 18, Liugong independently developed B230 bulldozers and P045 pipelayers successfully landed and gave Liugong a 50th anniversary celebration.
Liugong's future R&D direction will not only expand in the existing series of products with loaders as the core, but also will expand into bulldozers and other fields, and realize a comprehensive corporate strategy that provides comprehensive solutions for customers with a complete product line. To achieve this goal, Liu Gongguang Na Xiancai formed a bulldozers research institute and started the research and development of bulldozers and pipelayers in early 2008. The research and development of Liugong B230 bulldozers and P045 pipelayers is an analysis of the needs of domestic and foreign markets. It is based on the international advanced models for independent innovation and research and development of new products, its overall performance design, transmission system matching, hydraulic system design, Work equipment design, electronic control system design, overall appearance design, etc., all reflect Liugong's technological leadership, innovative and realistic design ideas. One bulldozer bulldozer single cylinder design is the first in the country. The load feedback hydraulic system of the pipelayer is also a technological leader in similar products. The CLG B230 bulldozer shovel has a soil capacity of 7.8 cubic meters, a shovel depth of 540 millimeters, a weight of 27.8 tons and a power of 169 kilowatts. The CLG P045 pipelayer has a lifting capacity of 45 tons and a weight of 37 tons.
As a strategic business of the company, bulldozers are one of Liugong’s key product lines in the next few years. Liugong will develop bulldozers into internationally competitive products in the next five years.
