There are two problems in the circuit of electronic scales:
1 Connection of load cell and junction box Pass the load cell cable through the weighing platform and enter the junction box through the sealed connector. According to the different colors of the four-core and six-core cables, or after the measurement, the power supply is positive and negative. Positive and negative feedback, positive and negative signals are connected to corresponding pads or terminals in the junction box.
2 Connection box and weighing display instrument connection One end of the special shielded cable enters the terminal box through the sealed joint. Each core wire is connected to the corresponding pad or terminal in the terminal box. The other end is welded through the metal pipe to the corresponding weighing scale. Redisplay the meter's special plug for insertion into the weighing indicator's socket.
There are three things to note:
a. After the input and output wires in the junction box are connected, tighten, secure and seal the connectors, put the desiccant, do moisture protection work, and then fix the junction box cover;
b. For different load cells, it is necessary to distinguish the input, feedback, and output according to different color labels. Do not make mistakes.
c. For different weighing display instruments, the weighing sensor sockets and plugs used are not the same, and the connection method is even more different. Do not make mistakes.
The weighing indicator has been equipped with a special cable at the factory to connect the weighing indicator with the printer, large-screen display, and computer.
