1. Before the instrument is installed, first connect the display instrument or oscilloscope to the connection line, pass the power, and blow or dial the impeller with a mouth to make it rotate quickly to observe whether there is a display, and then install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
2. When you start using, you should fill the sensor slowly with liquid, and then open the outlet valve. The sensor is forbidden to be impacted by high-speed fluid when it is in no liquid state.
3. When not in use, the internal liquid of the turbine flowmeter should be cleaned, and protective sleeves should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.
4. During use, the tested liquid should be kept clean, free from impurities such as fibers and particles.
5, the product maintenance cycle is generally six months. During maintenance cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.
6. The transmission cable of turbine flowmeter sensor can be laid overhead or buried (when buried, iron pipe should be put on.)
7. The matched filter should be cleaned periodically. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. Like the sensor, add the dust jacket and store it in a dry place.
