Six of the six institutes of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation have newly developed six types of valve products for the space station environmental control life insurance system. The products have recently passed the acceptance review at the China Astronaut Research and Training Center, which has laid a good foundation for the successful delivery of follow-up products. We have accumulated a great deal of experience for project management, development process optimization, and quality and reliability data package management developed for the same type of product.
The 704 Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has developed a set of optical fiber strain sensing system that can withstand high temperatures. Recently, the test data has been completed and the measurement data has been completed. The test results are in line with the overall expectations. This system is the first in the field in China and can monitor the temperature and strain generated during the flight of the aircraft in real time, and is used to monitor the temperature and deformation of the entire flight cycle of the aircraft. After many years of research and research, the fiber optic sensing team conducted a large number of test tests, and finally broke through the key technologies.
A new type of double-channel torque motor solenoid valve was developed at 18 institutes of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The electromagnetic valve drive method has changed from the conventional linear type to rotary type, with high sensitivity and a three-fold increase in synchronous response speed. The new solenoid valve can control two valves with one switch. Compared with the conventional linear solenoid valve, the rotary solenoid valve adopts a rotation method, which can make the thrust system more synchronous and faster.
The "KC-20A unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine gas concentration monitor and the KC-40A green nitrous oxide gas concentration monitor" were developed by the 101th institute of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, and recently passed the design appraisal review of the superior unit. The two types of monitors are mainly used for leakage monitoring during the storage and use of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and green N2O2 propellants. They have the characteristics of light weight, easy operation and the like, and also end the dependence of the monitor on imports for many years.
The 11th Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation independently developed a new high-pressure wide-ratio-ratio manual pressure reducing valve project. The project passed the project acceptance recently. The product's primary design, production, and test have been successful. Its performance has reached the international advanced level of similar products. And can replace imported products.
