3. The industry's ability to urgently shift peaks is weak. In the case of emergency peak load limiting, equipment suitable for participation in power cuts is mainly non-productive loads such as office, lighting, and air conditioning, as well as auxiliary production loads such as cleaning, packaging, and storage.

4. The industry is more suitable for participating in phase-shifting and peak-reduction power cuts, but it must ensure the equipment load of freezing and storage.

Third, the industry users involved in the peak load limiting technology program

(I) Gap Level IV Participation Plan

There is basically no security risk involved in this industry's participation in the peak load shift, but due to the particularity of the products in this industry, the power outage time of the refrigeration equipment is within one hour, and any process interruption in the assembly line will cause the backlog of intermediate products in the upper and lower processes to force the entire The production stops and the raw materials and intermediate products will be degraded during the production period, resulting in product quality that does not meet the standards and the products are scrapped.

Therefore, when the industry participates in peak-to-peak power cuts, enterprises should, according to their own actual conditions, formulate internal emergency plans scientifically and reasonably, actively cooperate with the peaks and limit the implementation of electricity, and make preparations in advance to minimize losses.

The detailed power supply and distribution circuit information is: 4 0.4kV low-voltage inlet loops, 8 capacitance compensation loops, and 83 0.4kV low-voltage outlet loops.

5.2 Network Structure

On-site 0.4KV power distribution room, 4 transformers single-supply power supply, 4 0.4kV low-voltage inlet loops, 8 capacitance compensation loops, and 83 0.4kV low-voltage outlet loops. This project is equipped with 8 serial port servers, with 5 fieldbuses, and each bus connects 15-25 meters.
