Philippines white trash making building materials

White trash such as plastic bags and plastic bottles can be decomposed in natural conditions for more than a hundred years. For this reason, these “white pollutions” are treated incineration in many places. However, the relevant departments of the province of Rizal in the Philippines had recently come up with a unique idea to successfully make these white garbage into building materials such as bricks.
According to Blaise Arévalo, an environmental protection expert from Rizal province in the Philippines, the process of making bricks from plastic and plastic bottles is relatively simple. The white waste is first crushed and then filled with sand and other building materials. Compared with ordinary building materials, this kind of hollow brick is cheaper and also solves the problem of local environmental pollution. Blaise Arevalo said, "With this technology, we can reduce 75% of white garbage."
Many local companies in Rizal province in the Philippines have expressed great interest in such bricks made from plastic bags and plastic bottles. Rizal province also plans to extend this technology to other provinces in the country. However, hollow bricks made from white garbage are relatively poor in weight and can only be used to construct buildings such as fences and railings.
