Cold storage renovation program In April 2013, Liu Chao, general manager of Beijing Chaoshun Logistics Co., Ltd. was introduced by friends (Liu Shuangxi, general manager of Beijing Suburb Cold Storage Co., Ltd. Beijing Jingquan Phaeton Storage Co., Ltd.), and found a retrofit program for our company to design cold storage refrigeration units. We dispatched refrigeration technician Wei Gong, who has 20 years of refrigeration experience, to the site to inspect the original cold storage equipment. In addition to the existing unreasonable configuration and inadequate design, the original cold storage was inspected by technical personnel and confirmed by Beijing Bizer. It is learnt that the original compressor of the cold storage is not a Beijing Bitzer product, but also a refurbished counterfeit compressor. The condenser fins and the cooling fan and the refrigerant copper pipe are all inferior products, and the copper pipe wall thickness is less than the national standard refrigerant. Half of the copper pipes, the suction and exhaust pressures were nearly double the normal value. After inquiring about Liu, the original cold storage equipment installed less than two months began to experience refrigerant leakage, cold storage temperature does not fall, and other failures, almost two years Maintenance must be performed once a month, and maintenance costs have already exceeded the cost of cold storage equipment. After comprehensive analysis of the quality of the original cold storage equipment, failure rate of use, and maintenance cost, our technicians considered the cold storage after taking into account the value of the goods stored in the cold storage and the temperature requirements for the entire cold chain of the dairy product. The value of the equipment was not used again for maintenance. After analyzing the situation with Liu, Zhao Shunfu Logistics Liu decided to renovate the cold storage refrigeration unit.

The Beijing Chaoshun Logistics Cold Storage Renovation Project uses 6 sets of 20-piece Shanghai Merlot Kirbyzer V compressors and 12 DD120 coolers. The unit selects (genuine) Bitzer compressors and the equipment is accepted for acceptance. All units are provided with genuine Bizer Certificate and inquiries and verifications are made on the anti-counterfeit code of the compressor through Beijing Bitzer's anti-counterfeiting inquiry telephone. All the equipments are photographed for record. The refrigerant copper tube is Qingdao Hongtai Industrial Refrigeration Special-purpose refrigerant copper tube. The genuine Bitzer Compressor Group's trouble-free high-efficiency running time is from 5 to 10 years. The unit configuration is reasonable, the cooling efficiency is high, and the energy-saving and power-saving features are stable and reliable, ensuring the high efficiency and stability of the compressor unit operation. The project was completed in early May and was delivered through acceptance.
