1. Before installation, carefully inspect each part for tightness, whether there is any trace of damage and damage to the appearance, and all loose parts should be intact.
2. Connect the oxygenator to the oxygen relief valve with an oxygenating catheter and tighten all nuts. Do not loosen.
3. Open the oxygen cylinder main valve and adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure gauge is displayed as 2.8-3.0 MPa. At this time, there should be no air leakage phenomenon in the entire air path, otherwise it should be checked until it is normal.
4. The oxygenation test should be conducted in the world. At this time, it should be free from leakage and operate freely. The pressure gauge on the oxygenator should be consistent with the pressure on the decompression valve.
5, open the oxygen tank total valve (bottle pressure should be greater than 5MPa), the oxygen bomb placed on the oxygenator positioning seat, the oxygen warhead aligned oxygenator gas nozzle, down oxygen pressure handle, in 2.8-3.0 Oxygen under pressure MPa for 30 to 40s and then slowly fly, release the handle to remove the oxygen bomb.
After the oxygenation instrument is installed correctly, the oxygen bomb can be used normally, and the test can be completed.
