In order to prevent blockage during grouting of the pipeline, the pipeline should be kept clean and unobstructed, but the adjacent two pipelines cannot be collocated with each other. The squeezing shall be carried out in the order of the lower pipeline and the upper pipeline. The grouting hole shall be set at the lowest position for the curved tunnel or vertical tunnel, and the exhaust hole shall be provided at the highest position. During the grouting process, the slurry test blocks shall be sampled according to the relevant regulations, and after 28 days of standard maintenance, the compressive strength of the slurry test blocks shall be measured and recorded.
In order to ensure that the grouting reaches the quality standards, the following measures can be taken:
1 In summer, when the temperature exceeds 35°C, the grouting process can be arranged at night to ensure the stability of the slurry.
2 Carefully inspect the sealing of the pipeline and the sealing anchor. After the inspection results are qualified, grouting can be started.
3 When there is a certain longitudinal gradient on the deck, grouting must be carried out from a low level to a high level.
4 In the process of slurry production, the amounts of water, cement, admixtures and other materials must be weighed according to the ratio. The material weighing error is strictly controlled within 2%.
5 The grout should be completely unloaded after mixing, and it is not allowed to add the mix in the stirred grout.
