According to reports, these seven major science and technology projects are key automotive core technologies, new types of optoelectronic devices and application technologies, high-performance special polymer materials, selection and breeding of key varieties of crops, and comprehensive supporting technologies; corn biochemical products and key technologies; Industry energy-saving emission reduction technologies and features, advantages of new drug creation. Among them, key automotive core technologies include new energy vehicles, automotive electronics, automotive lightweighting, automotive energy-saving and emission reduction, and automotive components.
Li Jianhua, deputy director of Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology, said that these science and technology projects are all key technologies, common technologies, and public welfare technologies that have significant strategic and significant impact on the economic and social development of Jilin Province. The cooperation between industry, universities, and research institutes has promoted the smooth and healthy implementation of major projects. In 2010, the support funds for major science and technology projects were 32 million yuan.
