Xinjiang Tianye teamed up with Zhejiang University to build the largest energy management center in the domestic chlor-alkali industry. The total investment of the Xinjiang Tianye Energy Management Center project is about 120 million yuan, which is implemented by the joint venture of Xinjiang Tianye, a subsidiary company of Xinjiang Tianye, and Zhejiang Zhongzhong, a joint venture company. At present, the construction goals and implementation contents of the energy management center of the Chemical Park have been determined, and preliminary design of the project has been completed. The project joint implementation team has been established and the related software module design and development have begun. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2012.
