The vacuum belt drying technology is a relatively moderate drying method in terms of drying temperature and efficiency between freeze drying and spray drying, and is highly valued in the industry. The vacuum belt dryer is a contact type vacuum drying equipment. After the Chinese medicine extract is preheated to the set temperature in the feed tank, the feed pump feeds at a preset feed rate and evenly spreads through the feeder. A number of drying belts in the dryer are driven by a special rubber roller driven by a motor to move the drying belt at a set speed along the direction of the dryer cylinder. Each drying belt is provided with an independent heating plate and a cooling plate below. The drying belt is in close contact with the heating plate and the cooling plate, and the energy required for drying is transferred to the materials in a manner of contact and heat transfer.
