"Fire Wave" series of pulverized coal burner operation precautions
(1) The motor should be started in sequence. It is forbidden to start two or more motors at the same time.
(2) The coal speed control and coal pulverizer interlock, start the coal pulverizer, increase the coal spiral frequency converter to enter the running condition, then adjusts the panel potentiometer until meets the request. If the pulverizer stops unexpectedly, the corresponding inverter will immediately stop operating.
(3) After successful ignition, adjust the pulverizer and blower damper to a suitable position, and then adjust it as needed for a period of time.
(4) When the ignition in the furnace has not been turned on for a long time, the fuel injection should be stopped immediately to allow the blower to work normally, and the induced draft fan should be pumped for about 5 minutes before the fuel injection ignition. Otherwise, due to the large concentration of atomized oil in the furnace, drying cylinder, and induced draft fan, it is prone to an explosion accident when it is lit.
(5) After stopping the coal supply, the coal pulverizer shall be operated for another 10-15 minutes so that the accumulated coal is completely blown out to facilitate the next start-up.
(6) The motor of the equipment is not allowed to start frequently and start overload to avoid burning the motor. If there is not enough material or vehicle, the output should be properly reduced to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously.
(7) In the case of an emergency power failure or accident that requires an emergency stop, immediately press the emergency stop button to stop all devices and pull down the knife fuse switch.
The requirements for coal quality:
1 fixed carbon content>53%; 2 calorific value>6500kcal/kg;
3 Volatile content >30%; 4 Ash content <6%;
5 Moisture content <5%; 6 Sulfur content <1%;
7 The coal needs to be pulverized into a powder with a particle size of <5mm and does not contain any metal products or other foreign materials.
